Mozzu provides refunds for online payment orders under specific conditions. You may cancel your order within the timeframe shown on the platform; if the order is canceled before the Vendor accepts it, you will not be charged. If the order has already been accepted and you still want to cancel, you must contact Mozzu customer support, and a cancellation fee may apply depending on the order status. Vendors may cancel orders due to ingredient shortages, equipment issues, or other operational reasons; in such cases, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund if payment was made online. Refunds may also be issued when an order is not delivered within a reasonable time and you decide to cancel, or when the delivered items are incorrect, incomplete, or not as described. All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider. In cases where only part of an order is incorrect or missing, Mozzu may provide a partial refund through a voucher equivalent to the affected items. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and have not received one, or are dissatisfied with the resolution provided, you should contact Mozzu customer support for further assistance. Certain charges—such as delivery fees, rider tips, and service fees—may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly shown at the time of ordering.
